The price includes:
-Rental.
-Water.
-Gas and electricity.

The prices does not include:
-Holiday tax + additional departmental tax of 10% = €1.32 per day and per person over 18 years old.
-According to season: heating price: 15 €/ jour (oil central heating).
-Possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay: 90 €.

- Bail rental 400 €.

- Bail cleaning 90 €.

Precisions:
-The rental for one week is from Saturday to Saturday.
-Animals are not allowed.
-Payment accepted: bank cheque or cash.
-Arrival is from 17 h.
- Departure from the Gîte , cleaned and tidied , is before 10 h for weekly rentals and before 16 h for week-end rentals, on the condition that the gîte is not rented from the same day by another customer.
